NOTICE NO. 2
On the international conference:
“VIETNAMESE – FRENCH CULTURAL EXCHANGE: ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERSPECTIVE”
To: Scientists participating in the conference
According to the Plan of the international conference“Vietnamese – French Cultural exchange: Achievements and perspective” (Document No. 457/ĐHSPHN–KHCN–HTQT dated 12 September 2017) and Notice No. 1 (Document No. 1036/ĐHSPHN–KHCN–HTQT) by Hanoi National University of Education, the Organizing Board has received the registration from more than 200 Vietnamese and foreign scientists. We would like to thank you and we highly appreciate the active participation and interest shown by institutions, organizations and scientists.
In order to implement the plan, Hanoi National University of Education issues Notice No. 2 on several contents related to the Conference as follows:
1. Time and venue
–Time: 16 and 17 April 2018
–Venue: Hanoi National University of Education at No. 136 Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Detailed agenda and the conference room will be provided later.
2. Themes of the Conference
The themes of the Conference are adjusted according to the following interdisciplinary research areas:
A. Educational studies – Psychology – Sociology – Social work
B. Literature – Linguistics
C. History – Archeology – Ethnology – Anthropology; Geography – Economy – Society
D. Philosophy – Religion
E. Arts (Music, Painting), Urban architecture.
3. Rules of full paper and detailed summary
- For Vietnamese participants confirmed to join the Conference: You need to submit the full paper in Vietnamese and the detailed summary of the paper in French (about 1,500 – 2,000 words).
- For international participants confirmed to join the Conference: You need to submit the full paper in French and the detailed summary of the paper in Vietnamese (about 1,500 – 2,000 words).
For participants who are not from Vietnam and France: You can submit the full paper in English and the detailed summary of the paper must be translated to Vietnamese (about 1,500 – 2,000 words).
- To facilitate the publishing after the Conference, the Organizing Board encourages participants to submit the full paper in French and the detailed summary of the paper in Vietnamese (about 1,500 – 2,000 words).
- Format of the paper: Refer to the attachment.
Deadline for submiting the full paper and the detailed summary: Before 4pm on 20 March 2018.

4. Confirmation and invitation letter
The Organizing Board will send the official invitation letter to scientists. In order to collect full and correct contact details, we would like to ask you to confirm your participation before 10 March 2018 by filling in the form in the link sent via your personal email.
The Organizing Board will send the Invitation letter via email and post office (if necessary) before 31 March 2018. In case you need this Invitation letter to be sent earlier, please make a request in the section “Other requests” in the confirmation form. We will send the Invitation letter to you in the soonest time.
5. Preparation for the presentation in the Conference
- The Organizing Board will officially provide the agenda for each session to people who are selected to make a presentation before 5 April 2018.
- The Organizing Board will provide technical support to presenters. Please send us your PowerPoint file via email before 10 April 2018.
